Job description
WeAreIn to create tiny chips and big careers. The future won’t wait… why should you? Join us and make a difference. Whether you join as a student, intern, or trainee, you’ll be part of something real - real projects, real impact, and real opportunities to grow. Are you in?, * Stay up to date: You stay on top of the fast-moving GenAI and agentic AI landscape for software development, continuously evaluating state-of-the-art models, tools, and agent frameworks to enhance Infineon’s software engineering processes
- Focus on the future: You support the rollout and adoption of GenAI developer tools to boost productivity across our engineering teams
- Create the future: You build extensions, plug-ins, and automation workflows that extend and integrate GenAI capabilities into existing developer tool chains and enterprise platforms
- Comprehensive Overview: You contribute to building a platform that is designed from the ground up for agentic consumption: understanding how agents interact with APIs, tools, and context, and shaping our infrastructure accordingly
- Identify needs: You design, develop, and deploy MCP servers and an MCP registry to seamlessly connect enterprise applications and internal data sources with our GenAI tooling
- Data is everything: You develop and maintain automated monitoring and dashboards that surface insights into tool performance, adoption, and usage patterns, * Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
- Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree programme. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
- You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.
Requirements
- Study field: You are enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Informatics, Computer Science, Computing and Information Technology, or similar
- Skills: You have a solid foundation in programming skills, with experience in libraries and LLM frameworks such as llama and Langchain
- Technical Knowledge: You have knowledge or experience in working with container technologies (Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift), and the ability to set up workflows within these environments
- Soft Skills: You have excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to effectively present findings to a variety of technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Way of working: You work independently combined with strong team collaboration skills
- Language skills: You have very good English skills, both written and spoken
Please attach the following documents to your application:
