Are you in?, * Lifelong learning: You will learn how to use some of our in-house tools for Chip-level development and become part of the SoC Architecture team

  • Apply AI in engineering workflows: Develop scripts and prototypes using AI/LLMs to automate engineering tasks
  • Build smart automation: Support the generation of consistency checks, technical documentation and engineering views (e.g. diagrams) from structured and unstructured design inputs
  • Collaborate: Work closely with technical leads and architects to understand real engineering challenges and translate them into AI-supported solutions, * Working part-time: The focus is on studies. That’s why working as a student employee during lecture period is limited to a maximum of 20 hours per week.
  • Proper students (according to the German law) are welcome: To work as a student employee with us, you must be enrolled at a university and not have completed all of your exams or modules for your degree program. You must not be in a semester of leave. We look forward to welcoming you to our team for at least 6 months.
  • You should live close to the site: For good collaboration, it is important to us that you can come to the office regularly to integrate to the team.

Requirements

  • Study Field: You are studying Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science or similar
  • Experience: You have early experience with developing scripts, ideally with Python
  • Interests in AI: Curious about applying AI/LLMs to real engineering problems (e.g. automation, data extraction, prompt-based workflows)
  • Technical mindset: Interest in digital design, SoC architecture or semiconductor development
  • Way of working: You have a self-structured, proactive and hands-on working style
  • Language skills: You speak German or English fluently
