Job description
Blue Rose Consulting Group, Inc. (Blue Rose) is seeking a skilled Integration Engineer (ServiceNow/Nuvolo Configuration) to support a federal client in managing configuration, integration, and governance activities across Nuvolo’s Connected Workplace Platform and the broader ServiceNow ecosystem.
In this role, you will provide end-to-end configuration support, CMDB governance, change management support, and environment coordination for enterprise applications and integrations. You will work closely with requirements analysts, platform teams, external partners, technical support teams, and customer stakeholders to ensure configuration artifacts, workflows, integrations, and releases are properly documented, traceable, and aligned with federal standards., * Support configuration, governance, and maintenance of Nuvolo Connected Workplace applications, including asset management, facilities, space, clinical engineering, operational workflows, and field service modules
- Provide configuration support across ServiceNow CMDB, Nuvolo modules, and related enterprise integration environments
- Develop and maintain configuration management plans, change management processes, and configuration libraries to ensure compliance with directives, policies, and industry best practices
- Participate in IT change management activities, including Technical Review Board (TRB), Configuration Control Board (CCB), and Change Advisory Board (CAB) interactions
- Plan, execute, control, measure, and report on integration activities impacting business applications, Nuvolo applications, and infrastructure systems
- Manage and support software build, release, and version control processes
- Use and maintain Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) tools such as ServiceNow CMDB, Nuvolo, Jira, Confluence, GitHub, and SharePoint to support integration traceability and configuration documentation
- Load and maintain configuration items (CIs) across Jira, Confluence, GitHub, ServiceNow CMDB, and Nuvolo modules as required
- Create and manage GitHub repositories and maintain configuration artifacts for development, deployment, and production environments
- Submit, track, and support approval of Change Requests through ServiceNow
- Collaborate with developers and platform teams on Nuvolo and ServiceNow integrations, workflows, and updates
- Provide subject matter expertise in meetings, technical reviews, and customer-facing working sessions
Schedule & Shift Details
- Full-time (40 hours/week)
- Remote work supporting federal enterprise integration operations, * Work with ServiceNow, Nuvolo, CMDB, ITSM, and Agile ALM tools in a secure federal environment
- Collaborate with experienced platform, technical, and customer-facing teams
- Contribute to traceable, compliant, and scalable solutions that support high-impact federal operations
Requirements
- U.S. Citizenship required
- Public Trust clearance required
- Must be able to pass a background check
- Must have valid U.S. work authorization and 3+ years of continuous U.S. residency
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Engineering Management, Math, or related field; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for degree
- Minimum of 5 years of IT experience
- Minimum of 2 years experience performing integration management functions, including traceability, change control, audits, documentation, and ITSM
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with ServiceNow Enterprise Architecture Management (EAM)
- Minimum of 7-10 years experience with ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB)
- Strong familiarity with ServiceNow integration concepts and lifecycle management
- Experience working with Nuvolo modules or similar enterprise asset/workplace management platforms
- Strong attention to detail, especially related to process quality, documentation, and configuration data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with experience working with customers and internal teams
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience supporting federal government programs
- Experience with NIST RMF guidance, federal compliance, and IT governance frameworks
- Experience supporting or conducting Change Control Boards
- Experience with AWS, Jenkins, or SharePoint
- Experience with ServiceNow workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and CMDB modeling
- Experience with Nuvolo modules such as Clinical Asset Management, Facilities, Maintenance, Space, Real Estate, or Field Service
- Experience using Agile ALM or collaboration tools such as Jira, Confluence, or GitHub
- Knowledge of ITIL v4 frameworks or related certification
