Design Engineer

An industry-leading manufacturer of engineered infrastructure solutions is seeking a Design / Manufacturing Engineer to support product development, manufacturing operations, and continuous improvement initiatives. This is a hands-on engineering role offering exposure to the full product lifecycle, from concept and design through testing, production, and implementation.

Working closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, and Operations teams, you’ll play a key role in developing innovative products, improving manufacturing processes, and driving operational excellence within a growing global organization.

Responsibilities

• Create and maintain CAD models, drawings, and BOMs.
• Support new product development, prototyping, and testing.
• Develop and improve manufacturing processes and tooling.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Production, Quality, and Purchasing teams.
• Analyze production and quality data to drive improvements.

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or related STEM field.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Strong SolidWorks and CAD skills.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes and product design.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
