Job description

The Technical Lead with expertise in .NET, C#, and WPF will be responsible for leading and managing a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions. They will be the key point of contact for technical issues, providing guidance and ensuring high-quality code delivery within project timelines. Key Responsibilities

  1. Lead and mentor a team of developers in the design, development, testing, and deployment of .net, c#, and wpf applications.
  2. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and provide technical insights for project planning.
  3. Ensure adherence to best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization techniques.
  4. Troubleshoot complex technical issues, conduct code reviews, and provide recommendations for improvements.
  5. Participate in the full software development lifecycle, from requirements analysis to maintenance and support phases.

Requirements

  1. Proficient in .net framework, c#, and wpf for developing desktop applications.
  2. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
  3. Experience with software design patterns, solid principles, and clean code practices.
  4. Knowledge of database technologies like sql server for data storage and retrieval.
  5. Ability to lead and motivate a team, excellent communication skills, and problem-solving capabilities. Other Requirements 1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred but not mandatory required
