Job description

The Technical Lead for .NET, Azure, and C# will be responsible for leading a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing software solutions using Microsoft technologies. The role involves providing technical guidance, ensuring code quality, and contributing to the overall architecture and design of software applications., 1. Lead a team of developers in the design, development, and implementation of software solutions using .net, azure, and c#.

  1. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, ensuring adherence to best practices and coding standards.
  2. Collaborate with project managers and stakeholders to define project requirements, scope, and timelines.
  3. Contribute to the architecture and design of software applications, ensuring scalability, performance, and security.
  4. Participate in code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to enhance application performance.
  5. Stay updated on emerging technologies in the microsoft ecosystem and recommend innovative solutions to enhance product offerings.
  6. Troubleshoot technical issues, conduct root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to ensure seamless project delivery.

Requirements

  1. Proficiency in .net framework, azure services, and c# programming language.
  2. Strong understanding of cloud computing principles and experience with azure cloud services.
  3. Experience in leading and mentoring development teams in a fast paced agile environment.
  4. Solid knowledge of software development best practices, design patterns, and code quality standards.
  5. Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to collaborate effectively with cross functional teams.
  6. Strong communication skills with the ability to present technical information to nontechnical stakeholders.
  7. Prior experience in full stack development and working with databases such as sql server or nosql databases., 1.Microsoft Certified Solutions Developer (MCSD) certification is preferred but not mandatory.
