Job description

The SAP Evaluator is responsible for adherence to all internal academic policies and procedures necessary for compliance with external standards as set by accrediting and licensing organizations, state and federal agencies, and other regulatory entities.

The SAP Evaluator will work in conjunction with the Student Services and re-entry (Admissions, PLA and Student Records) to ensure a seamless return/continuance of enrollment for the student within the online division of the University. The SAP Evaluator will assist with the end to end online and ground SAP process.

  • Interact with students throughout Appeals process.
  • Completes Academic Plans and verifies plan outcome.
  • Adhere to SAP SOP’s and policies.
  • Assists with online and ground SAP status verification.
  • Maintain Appeals inbox and complete any inquiries.
  • Ensure continuous improvement of SAP throughout the university.
  • All other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Microsoft Office proficiency.
  • Working knowledge of applications: CVue and SAW

Required Experience

  • Demonstrated subject matter expertise and experience with SAP policies/procedures.
  • Experience in Registrar’s Office processes and procedures.
  • Bachelor’s degree from an institution accredited by an agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education (or international equivalent) required.
