The CA Department of Water Resources (DWR) is recruiting for a highly talented, motivated, experienced, and people-centered Information Technology professional to lead its SAP business analysis team. The Information Technology Supervisor II joins one of the most progressive technology organizations in CA state government to provide critical business and functional support for the Department’s state of the art SAP Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) system. Requirements
In addition to evaluating each candidate’s relative ability, as demonstrated by quality and breadth of experience, the following factors will provide the basis for competitively evaluating each candidate: The ideal candidate will possess:
- Strong, demonstrable work experience in a management or leadership capacity
- Experience in supporting and/or developing SAP, ERP, or other mission critical, enterprise scale applications
- Working knowledge of technical infrastructure concepts and principles
- Excellent writing, analytical, troubleshooting, communication, and research skills
- Creative thinker with a demonstrated history of applying excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills to solving complex problems
- Ability to effectively complete competing workloads and projects in a timely manner
