Job description

  • Collect, validate, and analyze supply chain data.
  • Monitor data integrity and identify trends to support business decisions.
  • Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics.
  • Support cost reduction and continuous improvement initiatives through data analysis.
  • Assist with item master and supply master data maintenance.
  • Create and maintain policies, procedures, work instructions, and process documentation.
  • Support project tracking and supply chain reporting.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve supply chain processes.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • 0-2 years of data analysis experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and SQL.
  • Working knowledge of ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, Epicor, or similar).
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.

Preferred:

  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar visualization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of Python or other programming languages.
  • Exposure to supply chain, procurement, planning, or manufacturing operations.
