Provides support to end users on a variety of IT issues. Installs, maintains and troubleshoots standard hardware and software on Terry Reilly computer systems.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Windows?, * Experience with Windows Clients, Microsoft Office, and basic AD concepts.
- Proven customer service skills and ability to follow up, multitask, and prioritize.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to details and follow-up skills.
- Self-starter and a problem solver.
- Capable of working with minimal supervision.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Experience providing user support for Microsoft Windows and Windows-based applications.
- Experience maintaining and repairing computer hardware.
