IT Support Technician I

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized IT technician to join our growing team. In this position, there will be an opportunity to play a key role in providing support for all areas of IT. You will update systems, troubleshoot problems, and provide hands-on support for IT issues within our organization and customer base., * Qualified candidate needs to be able to disassemble and reassemble a PC. Mac OS X knowledge required, Windows knowledge required.

• Desire to work with network and server management support.
• Ability to physically stand, bend, squat, and lift equipment

• Network troubleshooting and advanced configuration DNS, IP, SMTP and DHCP.
• Windows Server setup and configuration and PowerShell.
• Certifications for cloud track Microsoft Office 365 or Microsoft MCSE, MCSA track.
