Data Quality Coordinator

Our Data Quality and Development Coordinator will work within our broader data team to cleanse, standardize, and maintain large data sets for the National Voter File with a high degree of accuracy. This entry-level role is focused on executing established workflows under the guidance of senior team members. This role reports to the Data Quality and Development Manager., * Use SQL to standardize and finalize data sets to match existing data structures

• Identify errors in data sets and escalate findings with proposed fixes to avoid future issues
• Update internal databases and data sets with voter data information for department, company-wide, and client use
• Push voter data to various internal databases following established procedures
• Assist in the preparation and formatting of data for downstream use by other departments
• Perform other related tasks as requested by other departments, management, and leadership

• Working knowledge of SQL
• Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills
• Ability to work independently on assigned tasks and problem-solve effectively
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace products, * Experience using SQL
• Bachelor’s degree in Political Science, Statistics, or related field
• Previous technical internship or related experience, preferred
• Experience with other programming languages (Python, SQL or similar), preferred
