Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field preferred
- 0-2 years of experience in data entry, data management, administrative support, customer service, or related roles
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Microsoft Excel
- Basic knowledge of databases and data management concepts
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
