Job description
- Assess, develop, evaluate, and consolidate technical and programmatic responses from internal and external program stakeholders

Frequently interact with Space Force/Air Force and DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite to initiate, track and close out various directorate, SSC, and Space Force Command taskers PAG / Business Operations Member will:
- Be responsible for daily review/analysis/dissemination of tasks
- Use NIPR & SIPR Task Management Tool (TMT) & e-mail to retrieve/assign tasks
- Update tasker database, which will be provided to leadership at the end of each day
- Assemble and provide instruction on the completion of electronic Staff Summary Sheet (eSSS) packages
- Effectively communicate with offices at each leadership level (Directorate, Center, MAJCOM, SF, DoD)
- Provide support to PEO PMRs, All Calls, and other high-level meetings as needed
- Advise leadership on status of assigned deliverables
- Maintain appointment calendars and conference room schedules
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
o Minimum 10 years of relevant experience with five years supporting DoD acquisition programs o Effective communication, planning, budgeting and programming skills to support ongoing and future Space Force Acquisitions o Expert knowledge of DoD tools such as TMT and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) o 5 years of recent Space Force/Air Force experience is desired o US Citizenship is required o Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, Economics, Finance, Accounting, Mathematics, Science, Technology, Engineering, or Statistics is required o Active DoD Secret security clearance is required, Bachelor’s degree required, preferably in math, engineering, business, or the sciences.
