Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central Consultant

We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Senior Consultant to lead implementations, customization, training and support Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central solutions. This role serves as a trusted advisor to clients understanding their business needs, transitioning from legacy systems to Business Central, as well as designing tailored solutions and ensuring successful project delivery while also providing training and support for existing Microsoft Dynamics GP environments., * Lead end-to-end implementations of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, including discovery assessments, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support, from kickoff through go-live and post implementation support.

• Lead GP to Business Central migration strategy and end-to-end implementation including discovery assessments, solution design, configuration, testing, deployment, and support, from kickoff through go-live and post implementation support.
• Analyze client business processes and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
• Apply knowledge of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles
• Provide training and ongoing support to end-users and client stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, project managers, and other consultants.
• Maintain documentation including solution design, user guides, and training materials.
• Stay current with Microsoft updates, certifications, and best practices.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.

Do you have experience in Software implementation?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * 5+ years of hands-on, consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

• 5+ years of hands-on, consulting experience with Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains.
• Proven track record of leading multiple full-cycle Business Central implementations.
• Strong understanding of core modules such as Financials, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, and/or Warehousing.
• Solid foundation in accounting principles and ERP consulting.
• Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Microsoft certifications in Dynamics 365 Business Central (preferred).
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field.

Preferred Skills:

• Proficient in advanced Excel functions and data analysis tools.
• Proficient in Report Builder and forms modification / formatting.
• Familiarity with ISV solutions like Jet Reports, SmartConnect, or Tangicloud.
• Experience in industries such as manufacturing, distribution, or non-profit.
• Knowledge of Business Intelligence tools like Power BI, Cosmos or Solver.
• Experience with Microsoft’s Power Platform, Fabric, SharePoint, and Azure integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft’s AI tools like Copilot and Copilot Studio.
