Auto Technical Support Specialist

• Answers Tech Line.
• Gathers specs and data used in Product Specification System.
• Assists Technical Information Director with data projects.
• Assists customers with product/catalog related issues.
• Photographs units.
• Records unit dimensional information
• Performs other responsibilities as required.

• High School Diploma or GED
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in retail auto parts
• ASE Certified Preferred
• Computer literate in MS Office, Photoshop
• Detail oriented

LANGUAGE ABILITY:

Ability to speak, read, and write English. Spanish is a plus.

COMPUTER SKILLS:

To perform this job successfully, an individual should have working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel,), * ASE CERTIFY: 1 year (Preferred)
