Computer Operator

• Support data center systems in a 24/7 environment
• Monitor operating systems, servers, and applications
• Troubleshoot system, network, and application issues using defined procedures
• Execute daily operational tasks (processing, file transfers, system checks)
• Follow IT best practices, checklists, and security standards
• Escalate and coordinate issues as needed
• Document system activity and updates accurately
• Support testing, maintenance, and operational tasks
• Assist with training and knowledge sharing when needed

• High school diploma or equivalent required
• 1-2 years of Customer Service experience
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow procedures
• IT or technical certifications preferred
• Linux experience preferred

Earn $25.00 per hour at this full-time position.
