Computer Operator

Vendor outreach and communications via phone and Outlook

• Prepare RFQ documents and addendums via Microsoft Word and Adobe Pro
• Receive incoming quotes/proposals
• Assess submitted quotes/proposals for arithmetic errors and correct prevailing wages
• Process vendor responsibility checks
• Prepare procurement records
• Procurement project tracking via Microsoft Excel
• Maintain project retention via filing
• Possible misc. administrative tasks
