NET Lead Developer

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable applications using .NET technologies.
• Lead the development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Build, manage, and optimize AWS Glue ETL jobs and data integration workflows.
• Integrate .NET applications with AWS services and cloud-based data platforms.
• Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver technical solutions.
• Write clean, reusable, and maintainable code following industry best practices.
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve application and integration issues.
• Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards.
• Support application deployments, enhancements, and production issues.
• Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge sharing.

We are seeking an experienced .NET Lead Developer with 5-8 years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, and maintaining enterprise applications using the .NET framework. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, Angular, and AWS Glue, along with experience building scalable, high-performance applications and cloud-based data integration solutions. The candidate should possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills and be comfortable leading development initiatives in a collaborative Agile environment., * 5-8 years of experience in .NET application development.

• Strong expertise in C#, ASP.NET, .NET Core, and Angular.
• Hands-on experience with AWS Glue for ETL development and data integration.
• Experience integrating applications with AWS cloud services.
• Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) principles and design patterns.
• Experience working with REST APIs and web services.
• Knowledge of SQL and relational databases.
• Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with other AWS services such as Lambda, S3, CloudWatch, IAM, or EC2.
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• Experience with Git or other version control systems.
• Exposure to microservices architecture and cloud-native application development.
• Prior experience mentoring junior developers or leading technical teams., * Bachelor’’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
