- Lead the technical design, architecture, and development of enterprise-grade applications using C#, .NET, Microservices, and SQL.
- Provide hands-on coding support while establishing engineering best practices, coding standards, and design patterns.
- Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performance distributed systems and APIs.
- Drive technical solutioning, architecture reviews, and technology adoption across projects.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
- Conduct code reviews, approve code changes, and ensure adherence to quality, security, and performance standards.
- Collaborate with architects, product owners, business stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives.
- Manage technical dependencies across multiple teams and ensure seamless integration across enterprise platforms.
- Champion DevOps, CI/CD, automation, and engineering excellence initiatives.
Requirements
We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on Technical Lead with 10-12 years of experience in designing, developing, and delivering large-scale enterprise applications using C#, .NET, Microservices, SQL, and Cloud technologies. The ideal candidate will combine strong technical expertise with proven team leadership capabilities, driving architecture decisions, code quality, and successful delivery of scalable, secure, and high-performing solutions., * 10+ years of hands-on experience in C# and .NET application development.
- Strong expertise in Microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and distributed systems.
- Strong experience with SQL and database design, optimization, and performance tuning.

3-5 years of hands-on experience with AWS Cloud services, including:
- SNS
- SQS
- CloudWatch

IAM Policies
- Candidates with strong Azure Cloud expertise will also be considered.
- Experience building and supporting large-scale enterprise applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, security, and performance.
- Strong experience in production support, debugging, monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Expertise in code reviews, design reviews, and software development best practices.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, source control, automated testing, and Agile development methodologies.
AI & Engineering Innovation
- Strong interest and practical experience in leveraging AI tools to improve software development productivity. * Experience applying AI across the SDLC, including:
- Coding assistance and automation
- Reverse engineering and code understanding
- Automated testing
- Production debugging and troubleshooting
- Technical design and documentation generation * Ability to identify and implement AI-driven engineering efficiencies and best practices.
͏Required Experience
- 10-12 years of software development experience with C# and .NET.
- 3-5 years of hands-on Microservices development experience.
- 3-5 years of cloud platform experience (AWS preferred; Azure acceptable with strong expertise).
- 3-5 years of experience leading development teams in enterprise environments., * AWS Certification(s) such as Solutions Architect, Developer Associate, or equivalent. * Experience designing and developing AI-powered business solutions. * Experience working in large enterprise environments with complex cross-team dependencies. * Strong stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
