Bookkeeper with Enterprise Resource Planning Experience

• Maintain and manage day-to-day bookkeeping activities, including accounts payable and receivable
• Reconcile bank and credit card statements regularly
• Record financial transactions accurately in the ERP system
• Generate financial reports, including monthly summaries and cash flow statements
• Assist with payroll and expense tracking
• Ensure compliance with company policies and accounting standards
• Support month-end and year-end closing processes
• Collaborate with internal teams and external accountants as needed

• Hands-on experience with ERP systems (e.g., NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, QuickBooks Enterprise, or similar)
• Strong understanding of basic accounting principles (GAAP knowledge preferred)
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software
• Ability to manage time effectively and work independently, * Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• Experience in bookkeeping in a manufacturing setting
• Familiarity with financial reporting and budgeting
