The Program Support Analyst I provides entry-level analytical and administrative support to Washington Headquarters Services (WHS) and its subordinate organizations. The analyst plans and performs required research, design evaluation, technical development, system integration planning and other tasks in specific technical areas. This position requires attention to detail, proficiency with Microsoft 365, and the ability to analyze and summarize information in support of management initiatives., * Assist in drafting internal policies, reports, briefings, and other documentation for leadership review.
- Independently performs a variety of system design and integration tasks where subject matter expertise is required.
- Collect and organize data related to directorate and division programs.
- Support analysis of program operations, identifying areas for improvement or increased efficiency.
- Prepare presentation materials, charts, and visual aids to communicate analytical findings.
- Validate data and documentation for completeness and accuracy.
- Collaborate with other analysts and staff to support ongoing projects and process improvement initiatives.
- Maintain familiarity with WHS policies, mission objectives, and administrative procedures.
- Provide administrative support for meetings, data calls, and task tracking.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Public Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum 6 years of experience providing analytical support in a federal or DoD environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams).
- Strong analytical, organizational, and writing skills.
- Ability to create professional visual aids and reports.
- U.S. citizenship and an active, SECRET Security Clearance is required.

The salary range for this role is $64,000 USD - $108,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience and qualifications.
