The Senior Manager, Innovation & Business Transformation leads and deliver strategic initiatives to enhance business and operational processes, improve ways of working, and drive measurable business outcomes. Partner with stakeholders across different levels and collaborate with global, cross-functional teams to execute transformation and innovation priorities at scale., * Lead end-to-end transformation initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and business performance

• Identify opportunities, diagnose gaps, and implement scalable, high-impact solutions
• Drive alignment and execution with stakeholders across levels and global, cross-functional teams
• Define success metrics, track KPIs, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes
• Facilitate structured problem-solving, innovation workshops, and decision-making sessions
• Drive change adoption and embed continuous improvement across functions
• Translate strategic priorities into actionable initiatives and execution roadmaps
• Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and innovation practices

• Strong track record in business transformation, innovation, or process improvement
• Proven ability to lead complex, global, cross-functional initiatives with tangible outcomes
• Strong analytical thinking with the ability to structure problems and drive data-informed decisions
• Effective stakeholder management with the ability to influence across different levels
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced, ambiguous environments
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
