Job description

This is an opportunity to work on highly visible initiatives involving:

The team is highly hands-on, focused on delivering production-grade solutions that solve real-world business problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop AI/ML solutions for large-scale enterprise applications
  • Build and deploy production-ready machine learning and Generative AI systems
  • Collaborate closely with engineering, product, and business stakeholders
  • Apply advanced analytical and problem-solving skills to ambiguous business challenges
  • Develop scalable Python-based AI/ML applications and services
  • Evaluate and implement modern AI techniques including LLMs, RAG pipelines, and agentic workflows
  • Contribute to system architecture, experimentation, and model optimization
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to technical best practices
  • Stay current with evolving AI technologies and frameworks

Requirements

  • 5+ years of hands-on experience developing AI/ML solutions in production environments
  • Strong Python programming skills with experience across modern AI/ML frameworks (pandas, scikit-learn, LangChain, NLP/Deep Learning frameworks)
  • Experience with LLMs, Generative AI, RAG architectures, prompt engineering, and agentic AI systems
  • Strong foundation in machine learning, algorithms, system design, and scalable software development
  • Excellent analytical problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills within cross-functional environments, * Experience building enterprise-scale AI/ML products or platforms
  • Background within healthcare, pharma, or life sciences environments
  • Exposure to AWS technologies including Bedrock, SageMaker, ECS, and serverless architectures
  • Experience with knowledge graphs, advanced NLP, or recommendation systems
  • Experience operating within startup and/or enterprise environments
  • Advanced STEM degree preferred (Computer Science, AI, Statistics, Engineering, etc.)
