IT Support /Network Administrator (TEMP)

• Network Management: Configure and troubleshoot network devices to ensure seamless connectivity and performance. This includes static IP address assignment, MTU configurations, and multi-location network configurations. Experience with Meraki is a plus.
• Hardware & Software Support: Provide expert-level troubleshooting for a wide range of devices, including Windows computers, time clocks, and printers.
• Point-of-Sales (POS): This role is responsible for a very large and multi-building POS system. Maintaining and troubleshooting of terminals, credit card readers, label printers, kitchen display system, customer display system, and payment batch submission. Knowledge of Infor, Mashgin, and FreedomPay is a plus, as you’ll be responsible for supporting these critical systems.
• Secure Environment Operations: Adhere to strict security protocols and standards. Experience with CIS Level 3 - Gov standards is highly beneficial.
• Cybersecurity Awareness: A solid understanding of cybersecurity best practices and their impact on daily operations is a plus.
