Immediate need for a talented Senior UNIX Production Support Engineer (Linux, AutoSys, Shell Scripting, SQL). This is a 06+ Months Contract opportunity with long-term potential and is located in Fremont, CA (Onsite). • Troubleshoot production issues across UNIX/Linux environments.
• Develop and maintain Korn Shell (KSH) and Shell scripts.
• Support enterprise batch processing and AutoSys job scheduling.
• Configure and support FTP, SFTP, Connect, and XCOM file transfers.
• Perform SQL queries for troubleshooting and reporting.
• Support SAP batch integrations and enterprise applications.
• Monitor application performance and resolve production incidents.
• Collaborate with application, infrastructure, database, and network teams.
• Create and maintain technical documentation and SOPs.
• Participate in production deployments and system configuration.
• Identify root causes and implement permanent solutions.

• 5+ years of UNIX/Linux administration
