We are seeking an experienced Sr. MS Access Database Developer to join our healthcare consulting practice. The role is fully remote within the US, with infrequent travel. We are proud of our national presence, and excited to offer great career opportunities within the organization., * Leads development, maintenance, and optimization of the MS Access front-end and AWS/MariaDB backend.

• Manages forms, queries, reporting tables, automation, and ODBC connectivity.
• Ensures reporting accuracy, daily refresh processes, performance tuning, and error resolution.
• Oversees version control, data integrity, user support, and access/role management.

• 8+ years MS Access development experience; expertise with MariaDB/MySQL.
• Experience in federal IT financial data systems and reporting automation.
• Strong SQL and database integration skills.
