Remote Data Administration Specialist

Perform regular data audits and 1ation to identify and correct errors. Manage data entry processes and oversee data collection activities. Develop and maintain documentation for data management procedures. Collaborate with IT and other departments to troubleshoot data-related issues. Generate reports and provide data insights to support decision-making. Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements regarding data privacy and security. Continuously identify opportunities to improve data workflows and system efficiency.

Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred. Proven experience (2+ years) in data administration, data entry, or database management. Strong proficiency with database software and tools such as Microsoft Excel, Access, SQL, or similar platforms. Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting. Strong communication skills to collaborate with remote teams and stakeholders. Familiarity with data privacy regulations and best practices is a plus.
