You will serve as a visual champion, bridging the gap between strategic marketing goals and exceptional interface execution.

As a core creative collaborator, you will work closely with Creative Directors and cross-functional leads across Sales, Marketing, Branding, and Engineering. If you are a meticulous designer who thrives in a fast-paced, agile ecosystem managing multiple concurrent projects, we want you to help shape our digital footprint.

Responsibilities:

  • Own the User Interface: Diagnose UI issues, pitch innovative solutions, advise on implementation strategies, and execute designs that elevate the overall user journey.
  • Deliver Stunning Visuals: Craft flawless, world-class user interfaces rooted in original, captivating visual design concepts.
  • Thrive Under Pressure: Consistently deliver top-tier work against tight deadlines in a fluid, agile product development environment.
  • Prototype and Validate: Build interactive prototypes for internal feedback and usability testing, leveraging data-driven insights to refine the UI.
  • Uphold Industry Standards: Demonstrate a strong mastery of accessibility and usability guidelines, seamlessly merging them with visual design principles.
  • Advocate for the User: Utilize a deep understanding of user behavior to propose impactful UI features that address core customer pain points.
  • Bridge Design and Engineering: Document clear, comprehensive style guides and technical design specifications optimized for developer handoff.
  • Support the Build: Provide ongoing design QA, guidance, and revisions throughout the engineering and development lifecycle.
  • Champion Quality: Maintain a highly critical eye for design integrity and an unyielding commitment to precision.

Requirements

Do you have experience in Web accessibility?, * Required Portfolio: A portfolio showcasing recent e-commerce project designs is mandatory. Experience designing for mobile sites, smartphones, and tablet applications is highly preferred.

  • Professional Experience: 8+ years of dedicated UI and visual design experience, ideally within a digital agency or in-house product team.
  • Design Systems Leadership: Proven track record of leading the creation and evolution of robust, adaptable digital design systems.
  • Visual Specialization: Deep expertise in crafting iconography, custom symbols, and clear data visualizations.
  • Typography Expertise: Advanced skills in typesetting, font hierarchy, and typographic layouts.
  • Platform Knowledge: In-depth understanding of cross-platform usability standards and technical UI specifications for both web and mobile.
  • Technical Awareness: Solid grasp of the design capabilities and technical constraints inherent to modern browsers and email clients.
  • End-to-End Execution: Highly proficient at taking a project from early conceptual exploration all the way to finalized, production-ready assets.
