Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented, highly efficient Digital UX/UI Designer to join our team for an ongoing 1-year remote engagement.

In this role, you will design modern, responsive experiences across a variety of digital channels (websites, emails, web banners, social assets, and mobile applications). You’ll be responsible for taking complex problems and translating them into elegant, user-centric solutions that incorporate modern design patterns and industry best practices.

Responsibilities:

  • End-to-End UX/UI Design: Create intuitive, user-friendly digital experiences across web, mobile apps, social, display banners, and email campaigns.
  • Responsive Layout Design: Build clean, modern responsive layouts that adapt seamlessly across diverse screen sizes and devices.
  • Problem-Solving & Strategy: Apply strong UX principles to break down complex digital challenges into intuitive, seamless user journeys.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner effectively with cross-functional agency teams, communicating design rationale clearly and efficiently.
  • Stay Ahead of Trends: Keep a finger on the pulse of evolving modern design trends, digital patterns, and emerging tools.

Requirements

Must-Have Experience:

  • Agency Background: 2+ years of direct experience working within an advertising or creative agency environment.
  • Tool Mastery: Advanced, daily proficiency in Figma (primary design tool) and the Adobe Creative Suite (XD, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Responsive & UX/UI Expertise: Deep understanding of modern responsive design principles, design systems, and platform-specific UX/UI best practices.
  • Execution & Communication: Exceptional attention to detail, strong time-management skills, and clear visual/verbal communication.

Nice-to-Have Experience:

  • Design Aesthetic: A visual portfolio that leans modern, minimal, and clean.
  • Prototyping: Experience building interactive, clickable prototypes in Figma.
  • Industry Experience: Background working on pharmaceutical or healthcare brands/accounts.
  • Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of HTML/CSS capabilities and limitations.
  • Motion & Animation: Experience with basic motion graphics or dynamic animation.
