Service Desk Specialist

Insight Global is looking for an IT Technical Support Engineer to work onsite at one of their premier clients in Fort Collins, CO. This person will be the liaison between the business (R&D & customer support) and the external customers to troubleshoot and diagnose technical issues involves their PC devices (specifically desktops and workstations) and peripherals, while providing excellent customer service.

• 3+ years of experience working in technical support or help desk type roles
• Experience working with customers to troubleshoot technical issues and resolve issues efficiently and efficiently.
• Experience working across multiple PC platforms: notebooks, desktops, workstations, as well as associated hardware (monitors, docking stations, printers)
• Experience providing technical support for both hardware and software systems.
• Experience troubleshooting BIOS and Windows OS
• Strong customer service skills

Nice to Have Skills & Experience

• Python or C++ scripting experience, * How many years of experience do you have working in technical support or help desk type roles?
• Are you comfortable working onsite in Fort Collins, 5 days/week?
• Are you comfortable making between $23-$26/hr depending on experience?
• Are you comfortable working a 12 month contract with the possibility of extension?
• Do you have recent experience troubleshooting BIOS?

Compensation Range: $23.00-$26.00/hr

Exact compensation may vary depending on experience, skills and overall job fit.
