Job description
We are seeking a Network Construction Project Manager to oversee fiber construction projects from handoff through closeout. In this role, you will ensure projects are delivered on scope, on schedule, and within budget while keeping complex, multi-phase builds aligned across the board.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Underground cable installation projects?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, This position is eligible for Hybrid home/office schedule-regular in-office work/attendance is required. Required in-office work Monday-Wednesday; Work from home flexibility Thursday-Friday. Candidate must live within one hour’s driving distance from a local office., To excel in this role, candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience and 3-5 years of telecommunications project management, construction, or operations experience, along with strong experience managing project schedules, budgets, and multi-phase construction delivery. A solid understanding of fiber network architecture and OSP construction methods is essential, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office tools like Excel and Power BI and the ability to independently manage timelines and deliverables., * Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5+ years of experience in telecommunications project management, construction, or operations
- Demonstrated experience managing project schedules, budgets, and multi-phase construction projects
- Strong understanding of fiber network architecture and OSP construction methods, including aerial and underground deployment, splicing, testing, permitting, make-ready, and network activation.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Power BI
- Ability to work independently while effectively managing timelines and deliverables
- Authorized to work in the United States without sponsorship and able to pass a background check, MVR, and drug screening
