Campus Testing Coordinator / 504 Facilitator

To provide strategic leadership and administrative oversight for all state-mandated assessments, Section 504 compliance and to assist with College Board examinations. This role ensures the integrity of the Texas Assessment Program, maintains rigorous federal compliance for students with disabilities, and supports instructional staff through data-driven professional development.

Do you have a valid Teaching Certification license?, Do you have experience in Training & development?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, + Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.

• Valid Texas teaching certification. Special Knowledge/Skills:

• Ability to navigate Texas Assessment Management system and advanced proficiency in Google Sheets for data disaggregation.
• Highly organized with a focus on data integrity; capable of tracking numerous moving parts simultaneously to ensure a seamless testing environment.
• Strong communication skills for staff training and the ability to interpret complex TEA manuals into clear, actionable instructions for teachers.
• Ability to maintain emotional control and a calm demeanor during high-pressure testing windows and “crisis” situations (e.g., tech failures or power outages).
• Ability to interpret law and policy (Texas Education Code) and apply it to campus-specific scenarios.
• Understanding of section 504 federal regulations., Minimum three (3) years of successful classroom teaching experience.
