Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Dev/Sr. Dev specializing in Pega platform. In this role, you will be responsible for implementing Pega-based solutions for our clients. You will work closely with project managers, business analysts, architects, and other stakeholders to understand requirements and design scalable, efficient, and robust solutions on the Pega platform.

Responsibilities: Expert in Pega PRPC project implementations that leverage the full capabilities of the Pega Suite. Expert in implementation experience in integration of Pega with DB, web services, external systems, etc. Expert in Pega process modeler, reporting, UI design, business rules development and management, content and case management, etc. Collaborate with business analysts, project managers, architect, and stakeholders to ensure timely delivery and quality of Pega projects. Conduct peer reviews and code audits to ensure compliance with Pega development standards and best practices. Help create proprietary accelerators, utilities, and reusable components to improve project delivery. Contribute to pre-sales activities (RFPs, RFIs, technical point of views, POCs.) and showcase thought leadership (white papers, webinars, blogs). Keep up to date with the latest trends and developments in Pega and related technologies. Drive awareness in the technical community.

Requirements

Minimum 6-8 years of experience as a Pega Developer. Pega, Client Interaction (Expert), · 6+ years of Pega experience - Pega CSSA certification is a must. · Must be familiar and comfortable in the domains of process modelling, process monitoring, smart services, process improvement, business rules, and business event-based technologies. · Good Knowledge of BPM architecture patterns, best practices, and design principles. · Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to engage effectively with senior stakeholders. · Willingness to travel for short-duration assignments (client meetings, workshops, technical discussions, PoC demonstrations).
