Job description
The Technology Coordinator is an administrative position and reports to the Senior Director. This position will report to a campus daily and will rotate between campuses in Denver and Colorado Springs.
Responsibilities:
The EMPLOYEE agrees to fulfill the following responsibilities:
Manage Google Suite for TFS Coordinate with Principals for staff email access
- Manage/support on-line learning platforms for student registrations and periodic required updates
- *Zearn
- *NWEA
- *IXL
- Troubleshoot With Principals on E-Learning logistical challenges
- Redesign TFS email structure for students
- Support principals with student E-Learning access issues
- Work with Director of Operations on bandwidth capabilities and upgrades
- Work with principals on inventory control
- Image new computers as needed
- Repair computers as needed, and recommend to replace as needed
- Support teachers with tech needs as recommended by the principal
- Monitor security of devices
- Ensure updates happen as needed
- Work with the Director of Schools on Network requirements and IT recommendations
- Keep up to date on E-Learning trends
- Support the development of policy that aligns with CIPA
- Maintain a professional demeanor with staff, students, and parents
- Communicate regularly with the Director of Schools
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
- Experience in technology role (preferred)
- Proficient in MS Office
- Outstanding organizational and time-management abilities
- Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
- Problem-solving and decision-making aptitude
- Strong ethics and reliability
- Experience working on a high-performance team (preferred)
