IT Systems and Network Administrator

The Network & Systems Supervisor is responsible for the daily operation, maintenance, and security of the company’s IT infrastructure. This hands-on role ensures the stability, security, and performance of systems and networks while providing technical support to end users and manufacturing environments. The IT administrator participate in IT project, under the guidance of the Global IT Director., Infrastructure & Network Management

• Administer and maintain on-prems servers, storage, and virtualization platforms
• Monitor system performance, availability, and capacity
• Manage Active Directory, user accounts, and permissions
• Ensure proper operation of backup and disaster recovery solutions

Network Administration

• Configure, maintain, and troubleshoot network equipment (switches, firewalls, VPNs, wireless)
• Ensure network security, performance, and availability
• Support site connectivity and remote access solutions

Helpdesk & User Support

• Provide support for end users, resolving issues from the helpdesk.
• Assist employees with hardware, software, and connectivity problems.
• Ensure good communication and a service-oriented approach to user support.
• Support the manufacturing devices linked to IT

Do you have experience in Windows support?, Do you have a Bachelor’s degree?, * Proficiency in Windows server administration, networking equipment, and virtualization platforms.

• Microsoft 365 suite skills.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity tools and backup/disaster recovery solutions.

Functional Skills Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Windows Server and Active Directory
• Experience with networking (switches, firewalls, VPNs)
• Familiarity with virtualization platforms (Hyper-V, VMware, , etc.)
• Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 technologies
• Experience with backup and disaster recovery solutions
• Knowledge of IT monitoring tools (Zabbix, etc.)
• Good understanding of cybersecurity principles

Education / Diplomas:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
• Advanced technical certifications strongly is a plus
• Professional Background:
• 5+ years of IT systems and network administration experience.
• Experience in industrial or multi-site environments is a plus
