Job description
Global Financial Crimes Compliance (GFCC) is an organization within Global Risk & Compliance (GRC) and is responsible for leading the enterprise-wide Anti-Money Laundering, Sanctions, and Anti-Corruption compliance functions. This team has global responsibility for identifying, investigating, and reporting suspicious activity, including money laundering and terrorist financing, and provides broad analytical and operational support for the company’s enterprise-wide GFCC control framework.
Requirements
Do you have experience in Technology management?, * Prior experience driving enterprise transformation, project management, and technology roles demonstrating a strong understanding of technology, tools, and data in both operational and risk management environments.
- 7-10 years of relevant work experience in Financial Crimes processes including AML, Sanctions, Customer Risk Rating, , Anti Bribery & Corruption.

Strong working knowledge of current and upcoming data governance, data management and data product techniques and trends, with a point of view on the evolving concepts and standard methodologies.

Strong Experience in leading Data strategy & Data Platform and Governance initiatives in a large enterprise including familiarity with tools and processes for data quality management.
- Extensive experience with agile methodologies, product lifecycle management, and associated program and project management governance tools (e.g., 3iB, JIRA, BRDs, PRDs, User Stories).
- Demonstrated self-starter with the ability to identify opportunities out of white space, define a strategic vision, and drive results with a high degree of independence.
- Proven ability to think strategically and lead and oversee large-scale, cross functional strategic initiatives.
- History of high performance with demonstrated adaptability to excel in a fast-paced environment, adjust to shifting priorities, and manage others through change.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with an ability to interact and obtain.
- Ability to maintain a positive attitude in the face of challenges
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in implementing/using AI driven automation in data management.
