About the role As a Software Upgrade Coordinator, you will support the scheduling, communication, and delivery of software upgrades across our customer base with an emphasis on our ambient listening AI products. You will work with colleagues across Product, Engineering, Customer Success and Implementation to ensure upgrades are delivered on time and with minimal disruption. This is a varied and people-focused role where ownership, collaboration and attention to detail really matter.

What you will be doing

  • Communicate plans clearly to customers
  • Work with internal teams to align resources for UAT and training
  • Support customers during upgrade activity, including occasional evening or weekend coordination
  • Collect and track feedback during User Acceptance Testing
  • Help resolve issues and remove blockers quickly
  • Maintain accurate documentation, reports and deployment materials
  • Identify ways to improve how upgrades are managed and delivered
  • Travelling to client site to understand how products are adopted

Requirements

  • Experience in a coordination or project support role, ideally within IT or software
  • Understanding of software lifecycles or release management
  • A strong interest or exposure to AI products
  • Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers
  • Excellent organisation and ability to manage multiple priorities
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset with strong attention to detail
  • A collaborative approach coupled with enthusiasm and drive
  • A willingness to be on-site and guiding our customers

Why join us

At System C, you will be part of a supportive team that values ownership, continuous improvement and working together to solve problems. You will have the opportunity to shape processes, build strong relationships and make a visible impact on customer outcomes.

If you enjoy working in a dynamic environment where priorities can shift and no two days are the same, this role could be a great fit.
