Magento Developer

We’re working with a specialist Adobe Commerce agency delivering high-performance eCommerce solutions for ambitious retail and B2B brands across the UK and Europe. Due to continued project growth, they’re looking to bring in an experienced Adobe Commerce Contractor to support a strong pipeline of new builds, integrations, and optimisation projects.

This is a fully remote contract opportunity, however candidates must already be based in the UK.

The Role

You’ll be joining an established Adobe Commerce delivery team, collaborating with Technical Leads, Solution Architects, and Frontend Developers to build scalable, high-performing commerce experiences.

The focus is predominantly Backend Engineering, although full-stack Adobe Commerce experience is welcomed., * Build and customise Adobe Commerce / Magento 2 solutions

• Develop bespoke modules and integrations
• Work across complex backend architecture and API integrations
• Support performance optimisation and platform scalability
• Collaborate within agile delivery teams
• Contribute to technical solution design and best practice

Tech Environment

• Adobe Commerce / Magento 2
• PHP
• MySQL
• REST / GraphQL APIs
• Composer
• Git
• Cloud environments
• CI/CD pipelines

• Strong commercial experience with Adobe Commerce / Magento 2
• Backend-focused engineering experience preferred
• Experience working within agency or consultancy environments
• Comfortable working directly with stakeholders and technical teams
• UK-based and able to work remotely within UK time zones
