Quality Assurance & Data Analytics Specialist...

• Bachelor’s Degree in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related technical field and a minimum of 5 years of related work experience.

Preferred Education/Experience

• Master’s Degree in a quantitative discipline: Computer Science, Information Technology, Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or related technical field and a minimum of 3 years of related work experience.

Relevant Work Experience

• Minimum of five years of relevant employment experience in an analytical field, required.

• Demonstrated proficiency in SQL, Excel, and dashboarding tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and/or Oracle Analytics Cloud is required.

• Experience in gathering requirements and formulating business metrics for reporting and analysis, required.

• Ability to assess and analyze diverse information, formulate recommendations, and make informed decisions, required.

• Attention to detail, a strong team-oriented mindset, excellent interpersonal skills, flexibility, and strong analytical abilities, required.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills, required.

Additional Physical Demands

• The selected candidate will be assigned a System Emergency Assignment (i.e., an emergency response role) and will be expected to work non-business hours during emergencies, which may include nights, weekends, and holidays.
