Information Expert - Material Master Management

• Support the implementation, execution, and governance of business processes (Business Process Management)
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders across Regulatory, Quality, Finance, Commercial, Supply Chain, and IT
• Contribute to Data Management and Data Governance initiatives to ensure high data quality
• Act as first-level support for business-related system issues and process inquiries
• Proactively identify risks and improvement opportunities in master data-driven processes
• Support the execution of mass data updates (mass changes) in enterprise systems
• Analyze and resolve data-related issues to maintain operational efficiency
• Ensure data consistency, integrity, and compliance across systems and processes
• Track and manage incident resolution, including stakeholder communication and status updates
• Drive continuous process improvement (CPI/KVP) across business and data management activities

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or Business Informatics
• Proven experience in Master Data Management (MDM), Data Governance, IT, Supply Chain, or Regulatory environments
• Relevant experience in data- or process-driven roles
• Hands-on experience with SAP systems and enterprise data environments
• Strong understanding of business processes and data lifecycle management
• Knowledge of data quality, data integrity, and compliance requirements
• Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex data and process-related issues
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Fluent in English (written and spoken)
• High level of accuracy, reliability, and structured working approach
