Job description
We are seeking a Senior IAM Operations Engineer with strong expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM), Active Directory, AWS, and cloud infrastructure operations. This is a highly operational role focused on maintaining, automating, and improving IAM services while ensuring platform reliability, security, and operational excellence. The ideal candidate should thrive in a fast-paced environment and possess excellent communication and collaboration skills. Key Responsibilities
- Manage and support enterprise Identity & Access Management (IAM) operations.
- Administer and troubleshoot Microsoft Active Directory environments.
- Automate operational processes using scripting and infrastructure automation tools.
- Execute infrastructure rehydration, rebuilds, and recovery activities.
- Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure deployments.
- Manage Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using AWS CloudFormation.
- Work with AWS cloud services to support secure and scalable infrastructure.
- Utilize Git and Jenkins for source control and deployment automation.
- Monitor system health, performance, and availability using observability tools such as New Relic.
- Troubleshoot production issues and ensure high availability of IAM services.
- Collaborate with cloud, security, infrastructure, and application teams to support operational requirements.
- Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access lifecycle management.
- Participate in incident response, root cause analysis, and continuous operational improvements.
- Follow SRE best practices to improve system reliability and operational efficiency.

- Identity & Access Management (IAM) Security & Authentication (Mandatory)
- Microsoft Active Directory (Administration, Security & Troubleshooting) (Mandatory)
- AWS

- Jenkins
- Git
- CI/CD Pipelines
- Splunk
- Infrastructure Automation
- SRE or Production Operations experience
- Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Preferred Skills:
- New Relic, Datadog, Dynatrace, or other observability and monitoring tools
- Experience with infrastructure rehydration and rebuild activities
- Experience supporting cloud security operations in enterprise environments
