Responsibilities include: Perform psychiatric evaluations and follow-up visits Manage medication treatment plans Collaborate with facility staff, physicians, nurses, social workers, and families Provide consultative behavioral health support to post-acute and long-term care residents Document visits and treatment plans in a timely manner Travel to facilities throughout New London County, Sometimes Jobot is required to perform background checks with your authorization.
