QA Automation Engineer

Design, develop, maintain and scalable automated test scripts using Playwright with languages such as JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, Java. Implement and execute automated test scripts for web and API testing. Build, optimize, and maintain custom automation frameworks, often following design patterns like the Page Object Model (POM). Collaborate with development and QA teams to ensure comprehensive test coverage and quality standards. Ensure web application compatibility and functionality across different modern browsers including Chromium, Firefox, and WebKit Integrate automated tests into CI/CD pipelines for continuous delivery. We are seeking a highly experienced QA Automation Engineer with a strong background in automation testing and a proven track record of delivering high-quality software solutions. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Playwright automation framework or Selenium - Java and GitHub typically focuses on developing, maintaining, integrating automated end-to-end (E2E) tests within a CI/CD pipeline, UI Path, and API testing along with solid functional testing skills., Strong hands-on experience with the Playwright framework for web and API automation. Strong knowledge of JavaScript/TypeScript (most common), and potentially Python, Java Proficiency in using Git and GitHub for source code management and collaboration. Solid understanding of testing principles, methodologies (Agile/Scrum, BDD/TDD), and best practices for writing resilient and scalable tests.
