Requirements

Strong Salesforce Project Management experience is mandatory
Experience leading Agile software development teams required
Executive stakeholder management and communication skills are critical
Experience with Salesforce integrations and enterprise system implementations highly preferred, The ideal candidate will have strong Agile project management expertise, Salesforce implementation experience, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to drive multiple workstreams simultaneously in a fast-paced environment. Required:
10+ years of Project Management experience
Salesforce Project Management experience (Required)
Enterprise Salesforce implementation experience
Agile and Scrum methodologies
Jira project management experience
Salesforce ecosystem knowledge
Executive stakeholder communication and presentation skills
Cross-functional team leadership
Risk Management and Dependency Management
Change Management experience (ADKAR preferred)
Strong organizational and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple concurrent enterprise initiatives

Skills:

Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience
Middleware integration experience
Enterprise system integration projects
Sales Operations and CRM transformation experience
PMP, CSM, or Agile certifications, * Strong hands-on Project Manager with Salesforce implementation expertise
Comfortable working in highly visible, client-facing environments
Adaptable, coachable, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
