Requirements

Salesforce Implementation with Sales and Service Cloud experience Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry experience is required.

Lead a high-impact Salesforce implementation and enterprise integration program.
Manage Salesforce, middleware, and back-office system integrations.
Strong Project Management experience delivering large-scale IT initiatives.
Manufacturing and Supply Chain industry experience is required.
Proven experience managing Salesforce implementation projects.
Build and coordinate cross-functional teams across multiple locations, including India.
Partner closely with Sales, Marketing, Sales Operations, SAP, Salesforce, and implementation partners.
Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
Strong IT background with experience driving enterprise transformation projects.
Ability to coordinate multiple workstreams, manage risks, timelines, and project deliverables.
Experience working with third-party vendors and internal business teams.
PMP or equivalent Project Management certification is a plus.
