Systems Engineer II/III

Do you have experience in Technical solutions implementation?, Do you have a Associate’s degree?, * Five years’ experience as a systems engineer or similar role

• Proven ability to handle Tier II and Tier III technical issues
• Cloud solution design, implementation, administration and support
• Azure/MS365/O365/Sharepoint, Google, AWS
• Microsoft on-prem solution design, implementation, administration, and support
• Windows Server2016-2025 install/config, data migration, administration.
• Active Directory including GPO
• Microsoft Exchange
• Microsoft SQL
• LAN design/best practice/config (Cisco, HP/Aruba, Fortinet, Ruckus, etc.)
• Network perimeter security implementation using Firewalls/IDS/IPS solutions (Fortinet, Cisco, Sonicwall, Sophos, Palo Alto, Juniper etc.).
• VMware or Hyper-V hypervisor deployment/config/admin
• Physical server/SAN/NAS install/config (HPE, Dell, IBM, Synology, etc.)
• Backup systems and mgmt (VEEAM, ArcServe, Veritas, vRanger, etc.)
• Disaster recovery design/implementation
• Corporate antivirus, EDR, SIEM, patch management, spam filtering, systems monitoring.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Prefer any of the following certifications - Cisco CCT/CCNA/CCNP, CompTIA, HPE/Aruba, Microsoft MCSA/MSCE/Azure/MS365, Ruckus, VMware
• Strong problem solving and technical troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work well with both business and technical users
• Ability to work independently at client locations, Northeast Ohio., * Associate (Preferred), * Computer networking (switch/firewall/route): 2 years (Preferred)
• Azure/MS365/O365/SharePoint: 2 years (Preferred)
• Microsoft Server OS: 2 years (Preferred)
• Systems Engineer or similar role: 5 years (Preferred)
