CRO Shopify Developer

You join a pod led by a CRO Strategist, working across 4 to 6 brands every week.

You’re the person who turns high-converting ideas into reality.

Designs become Shopify sections. CRO hypotheses become A/B tests. Winning ideas get shipped fast.

You’ll build landing pages, product pages, custom sections, buy boxes, subscription experiences, bundle flows, cart improvements, and experimentation frameworks that are seen by hundreds of thousands of visitors.

3+ years building on Shopify

Strong Liquid, JavaScript, HTML and CSS

Speed and execution quality utilising Ai tools to build pages, sections and improve performance on stores

Comfortable building custom sections from scratch, not editing templates

Experience translating Figma into clean, scalable Shopify builds

Experience with A/B testing platforms like , Intelligems, VWO or similar

Mobile-first mindset by default

Strong understanding of Shopify apps, subscriptions, bundles and ecommerce UX

Comfortable using AI tools like Claude, Cursor, ChatGPT or similar to increase speed

The quality bar is high. You’ll often build several CRO experiments in a week, not spend three weeks polishing one feature.

We don’t celebrate writing clever code. We celebrate increasing revenue.
