Drive Test Engineer

• Perform drive tests and walk tests to evaluate wireless network performance and coverage.
• Collect, process, and analyze RF measurement data using industry-standard tools.
• Identify and troubleshoot issues related to coverage, interference, call drops, handovers, throughput, and accessibility.
• Prepare detailed reports on network performance, findings, and optimization recommendations.
• Support network optimization teams by providing field measurement data and analysis.
• Validate new site integrations, parameter changes, and network upgrades.
• Conduct benchmark testing against competitor networks when required.
• Coordinate with RF Planning, Optimization, and Operations teams for issue resolution.
• Ensure drive test equipment and software are properly configured and maintained.
• Maintain accurate documentation of test routes, results, and observations.

• Experience in network optimization and troubleshooting.
• Knowledge of scripting or data analysis tools is an advantage.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and reporting skills.
• Ability to work independently and in field environments.
• Willingness to travel extensively as per project requirements.

$20 - $25 an hour - Contract
