Job description

Provide help desk support for PCs, laptops, Microsoft 365, and mobile devices
Install, configure, and maintain Windows and Linux servers
Troubleshoot server, network, storage, and connectivity issues
Support virtualization, backups, disaster recovery, AWS S3, and Azure MFA
Image and deploy PCs, manage user accounts, and maintain IT documentation
Assist with infrastructure projects, server upgrades, and network installations

Requirements

2+ years of Help Desk, Desktop Support, or Systems Administration experience
Experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Azure, and basic networking
Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills
Experience with Linux, VMware, Cisco, AWS, or SCCM is a plus
